A beautiful day, strong off shore wind as we (two folks) started from Sparrow Park Rd access walking south to the jetty. Day warmed rapidly and wind died down. Typical winter windswept beach. Along the whole stretch we picked up 1- 1/2 30-gallon bags of litter.

Fellow observer and I only folks walking beach. Vehicles were driving to and from jetty. Unable to determine where they accessed beach
