The beach looked like it had been swept clean. Little debris, little driftwood, no shells, etc. Pretty barren. Joe had been here a week before and saw "thousands" of jellyfish pieces. On Sunday, Father's Day, there were many people on the beach playing in the sand and walking (30 at least). It was a warm, windless day.

Observed a what looked to be a young Stellar Sea Lion resting on the sand inside the triangle where they raise & harvest Pacific Oysters.
