The only time we saw other people was at the entrance to the beach, by the tsunami number sign.

The only time we saw other people was at the entrance to the beach, by the tsunami number sign. It was a blissfully deserted beach day. I picked up the usual large bag of trash and dragged a couple of floats back to the dumpster at the Umpqua dunes parking lot.

Temperature: 55 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Wind Direction: S. Tide Level: 5.0 feet.

Warm, sunny day, minimal wind and went with 3 other people. Coast Guard helicopter flying over water and land for appx 1/2 of our time here. Several ships/boats - seemingly fishing vessels on water; quantity 7.

The day was uneventful, the garbage not as plentiful as other times.

10 people on beach, including 5 birdwatchers, 2 dogs (one of which was off leash), people walking with off leash dog allowed dog to chase gulls and were pushing a flock of sandlerings down the beach in front of them.

We arrived at Wincheser Bay smack dab in the middle of Dune Fest.

There was much more plastic trash this time, than when we went in October.
