It appears the sand used to cover the sandbags is washing away. Our local pair of bald eagles put on a great show.

Small rocks, Shells, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces.
Man-made Modifications
Dune modification/removal, New riprap or shoreline protection structures. This is a follow up to my report from 06/26/2021 about sand bagging at the base of the dune.

I noticed the bright white color near the bluff through the very thick fog while walking at the waters edge.
