Actions & Comments
This is my first time cleaning up this area as we just recently moved nearby. I was only able to clean up behind the dunes and along the path used for beach access as I was worn out! Filled up a bucket of plastic pieces with a few small pieces of rope. Did not make it to the beach area to clean, but did walk it with my dog later. A large area along the surf line is littered with small plastic pieces. I am overwhelmed by the amount. I realize this area of beach has not been cleaned in a long time, so I have my work cut out for me. It will take a long time to get to a maintenance level as there are so many plastic pieces littering the area.
