Walk started out foggy with one other couple on beach; fog burned off by time we got back to car and people began arriving along with sun.

Walk started out foggy with one other couple on beach; fog burned off by time we got back to car and people began arriving along with sun. No significant changes noted, no development to be seen on area east of Highway 101 (US Borax property)On 9/9 walk, dead otter and dead cormorant found on lower beach.
