I'm filling in for this Mile 10 report time until we can find new adopters. I haven't walked this beach for years, but most everything looked pretty normal for this first report.
Conditions
Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Strong. Wind Direction: NW.
Human Activities
Number of people: 12. Number of dogs: 4. Walking or running: 5. Sitting: 3. Photography: 1. Other Activities: A family picnicing, most were walking the beach. It was windy. One family was picnicing. Most people were walking, collecting, walking dogs, climbing rocks.

Total dead birds: 1. Young, brown, headless seagull there for awhile

I'm filling in for this Mile 10 until we can find an adopter. I haven't walked this beach for years. It's changed quite a bit most of it by the normal natural wind, rain, sea etc. There were the normal numbers of people, dogs, cars, picnicers etc. for a Sunday afternoon.

I walked north from Lone Ranch beach, crossing over, I believe, into mile 11/ Cape Ferrelo.
