Pretty hard to find a day like this given such a wretched spring. Blue sky and sunshine, sparkling surf and clean sand. One would think the world was at peace.

Erosion of vegetated foredune.
Actions & Comments
Erosion has been ongoing winter storms in February; more in March/April. Existing riprap walls have become dislodged between Laurel and EZ Street accesses. Devil's Lake Rock is currently rebuilding them with permits. All seems in order.

Storm damage for this mile seems mostly at Laurel/Sijota; Morris Excavation has built a roadbed parallel to the bluff for equipment access; some erosion at World Mark, north of state park.
