As has been the case all summer long, there is very little to report.

As has been the case all summer long, there is very little to report. There are no visible signs of erosion, very little if any debris, and this visit the driftline was basically clean with the exception of a few jellyfish nodules. While we have walked this beach many times over the summer months, there has been little to report. Though we have had some rain during the past week, the creeks are still way down.

Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 2.5 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 10. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 10. People and their dogs were enjoying the sunshine and surf.

Very few birds were observed.

Small rocks. No debris was noted.

The entry way to Carl Washburn heading towards China Creek was very slippery with mud and by the wind sailor jellyfish.

As I entered the beach and walked toward China creek I saw a dead common murre in the wrack line.
