a very pleasant day. Well behaved dogs, most of them on a leash. the no entry sign into the Refuge on the south side of Haystack Rock is gone. On our return at low tide, we did observe people trying to access the area. The water was coming in though, and they abandoned the idea.

Actions & Comments
the sign warning of possible contamination at the outfall pipe at Tolovana is barely visible, esp.when approaching from the north. Too small, turned the wrong way, and away from area where children play. We will continue to negotiate on this issue with the city of C.B., with the help of Surfrider.
