Beach was super clean -- probably from high winter tides. Beautiful day but no people at b each (4 dune buggies in park). South end of dunes at northern section of Sand Lake entrance more eroded than I've ever seen before. Also, bigger waves in lake than usual. Sand Lake entrance to ocean shifting dramatically to the north - no longer possible to walk around end of dunes from lake to beach. Underlying bed of parking lot eroding into lake. Unfortunate -- it is the only rode I know of on beach in Sand Lake. Wish they would have offered to remove it!read more
