The day started out with high clouds blocking the sun to partly cloudy.

Temp was 62 degrees F and a 2mph wind from the west.

Observed 68 people on the beach along with 14 dogs and 1 house cat.

Low tide at 0840 listed as 2.46' and High tide at 1442 listed as 6.46'

31 people and 3 dogs observed doing a variety of activities. This included kite flying which is the first time we have observed this.

A large section of the bluff slid down onto the north end of the beach.

Started the survey on the south side of Tenmile Creek. Winds were 1-5 mph out of the SW and sky was overcast. Tide was on the way out after a king high tide at approximately 11am with a low tide predicted for approximately 5pm according to Waldport tide tables. more
