Report Details

This walk started out with sleet, then blue sky and cumulus clouds emerged. A very cold, brisk walk. The beach was clean except for 3-4 pieces of plastic. Birds alerted us to a dead sea lion and a dead cormorant in two different places on the beach. The sea lion was about 6 feet long and must have died fairly recently as there was no smell. Reported to Fish and Wildlife.
