Large numbers of Velella velella covering the shoreline as well as a large flock of Western gulls.

Unusual concentration. Large amount of Velella velella washed up along the shoreline, seen along the entire mile of beach. Most are deceased, which can be seen due to the lack of usual blue pigmentation.

Natural Changes
Newly exposed roots/trees falling. On the southern end of the mile it can be seen that some trees have fallen onto the beach that were not there based off images from the last report.
