Dune modification/removal, Sand removal. Beach grasses were removed @ beach edge but are returning now.

Natural Changes

Landslides/major boulder falls, Major cracks appearing in bluffs, Newly exposed roots/trees falling, Visible retreat of solid bluff. All above were down near Rockaway Beach (town)
