This dispatch is a supplement previous reports filed on significant eelgrass accumulations on the mile. It covers both 9/11 and 9/12. Large and small piles of eel grass observed all along the mile. Many with roots evident.

It was great to walk my mile with Rachel and Denise with Ocean Shores. We were unable to remove a large pile of debris, including two large styrofoam blocks, and reported the issue to Nehalem Bay State Parks ranger. There were newly exposed tree roots and fallen trees along the Camp McGruder frontage, see photos.
