This is an update to my prior submission about eelgrass. Continuing to see significant accumulations along the beach from Barview jetty past Watseco toward Twin Rocks. Lots of roots. See pictures.

Over a week, I observed a large number of partial and whole dead sea nettles and other jellyfish on the beach.

Appears to be the dead harbor seal reported on July 28, which was also reported to the Marine Mammal Stranding Network.
