Quiet day on the beach. Heavy marine layer and cool temperature for August. Eel grass clumps seen again which have been absent for a few months. Lions Mane jelly fish. Fucoidan seaweed clumps.

Other Activities: Heavy cloud cover and marine layer. Only one person and her dog on this mile of beach apart from us.
