A LOT of fresh Eel grass noted in clumps. especially at north end of the mile. Windy day at beach. One lone hiker seen. Only 3 lone gulls feeding at waters edge. Man made driftwood structure at 45.52677N 123.95432

This changed to fresh green clumps and increased in quantity as I walked south Couple large bull kelp noted at south end of mile
