Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light.
Human Activities
A drone was being flown by a minor, assisted by his mother. This drone flew close to people on the beach, and hovered over me as I took a photo of it. In addition, there were 50 people, including 1 surfer, 1 coast trail hiker, 2 swimmers, 8 people collecting rocks, 2 dogs. There were multiple large fire rings, and a beer bottle.
Actions & Comments
I am not sure what the regulations are regarding drones on Oregon's beaches.
