We had never walked this stretch of the beach before without seeing someone.

We had never walked this stretch of the beach before without seeing someone. We didn't see much debris washed up, except for some 4 by 4 beams. There was erosion and more trees down from winter storms, and there seemed to be more access to the beach from the trail through the trees.

Temperature: 45 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 7.0 feet.
Human Activities
4 cars were in the camping cabin area, and one car was in the beach area - a hang glider who was repacking his vehicle.

After days of rain the sun finally made an appearance, making for a pleasant afternoon on the beach.

It was a beautiful, sunny day although somewhat brisk. Some photos of recent erosion are attached.

The recent storms and high tides have deposited a lot of debris on the beach - especially small plastic fragments.

It was a windy and cloudy day and hence the beach was fairly deserted.
