We didn't notice much different. There were small rocks with barnacles and kelp attached in the driftline. There were many people (more than 100) on this summer weekday, playing and wading in the surf, walking, picnicing, sitting, playing games on the sand.

Temperature: 63 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 4.0 feet.

Number of people: 100. There were close to 50 people in the day use area, and another 50 on the beach adjacent to the camping area.

After days of rain the sun finally made an appearance, making for a pleasant afternoon on the beach.

It was a beautiful, sunny day although somewhat brisk. Some photos of recent erosion are attached.

The recent storms and high tides have deposited a lot of debris on the beach - especially small plastic fragments.
