Lovely day on the beach with only two cars stuck in the sand, one of which was able to drive out unaided after a bit of effort. The other was pulled out by someone with a winch on their vehicle. Perfect temperature and wind-free. The major hole in the access road that had a car stuck last time I was here has been filled in with rock and gravel.

Other Activities: helping dig a car out of the sand and/or offering suggestions. children playing, adults sitting and walking, some with dogs, everyone enjoying the sun and no wind. There was a high haze from the inland smoke that had blown over from the east but barely noticeable

About 40 gulls, some immature

Driftline Content

Seaweeds and seagrass. lots of jellyfish of various types tide was incoming and periodically covering the wrack so I did not examine the wrack line contents. Well, I did once and got hit by a sneaker wave!
