Boat found at the high tide line, 1 block north of Roads End Park.
Report Details
Boat found at the high tide line, 1 block north of Roads End Park. Boat is covered with open ocean marine life, including goose neck barnacles, large red barnacles, and ???. Large phoenix float near it. There was a crate covered with life nearby, but someone had picked it up by 7 PM. Boat is the back half only, and about 14 feet long with compartments in the bottom.
