Beautiful, busy day at the beach.

Beautiful, busy day at the beach. Heavy build up of sand covering basalt, rocks and debris. Was startled by 2 biplanes flying very low over the water/close to beachgoers.
Conditions
Temperature: 70 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 3.25 feet.
Activities
Types of Activities: Sitting, Walking/Running.
Number of people: 48. Number of dogs: 12.
Other Activities: Lots of families playing in sand, swimming, boogie boards. Very busy, large groups, parking full.
