Monday after Easter and both tourists and locals on the beach. Noticeable “crowd” at NW 15th of more than 80 people on beach and rocks with at least 15 cars. Large spread of empty plastic Easter eggs and candy trash on beach at NW 15. Hope children in the area will decide to collect before the tide comes.

Velella velella have been mostly washed away but some older, dry ones remain at high tide line. Waves have scoured the beach of all but few rocks.
