It was Whale Watch Week! Tons of visitors out on a sunny and windy day. No whales, but we did see an adult bald eagle.

Other Activities: I was there volunteering for Whale Watch Week with parks. Whale Watching Volunteers had a demonstration table.. I called OSPD to report llegal fishing. Ranger on the phone informed me that fishing isn't illegal, it is only illegal if they disturb nesting birds. He indicated that the sigange at Bolier Bay is not correct. An officer came out and spoke with the fisherman. The officer relayed the same information to me that the Ranger provided over the phone..
