Actions & Comments

Tried to call ODOT; no answer. Will try again. My first trip to "my" mile, accompanied by my son. Spent 2 hrs walking 1 mile. Next time, climb Henry Rock (mp 338)! and use a tape recorder, not a notebook. Pretty stretch of beach with many large rocks, even monoliths in the sea and on waters edge. I look forward to future trips to see if razor clamming has returned to Myers Creek area where I had success in the pre-el nino early '80's.
