Report Details

Human activity on the shoreline was nonexistent, but several people were observed at "Cape Foulweather" and along Otter Crest Loop. There were no wildlife observations along the shoreline nor were there any physical changes observed. It was noted that several blown-down trees had been removed and limb cutting and tree removal for power line clearance had been done along Otter Crest Loop.

Other Activities: 3 vehicles at Lookout at Otter Crest (or Cape Foulweather) with several people at lookout point . Observed two people walking on Otter Crest Loop plus two vehicles and two men from Central Lincoln PUD doing pole work..

On a cool, partly cloudy, and somewhat windy afternoon, no people were directly observed along the shoreline, though I did see a couple vehicles parked on Otter Crest Loop above where people may have access to areas at the top of the bluff.
