Very windy; lots of kelp, sea palm, and surf grass on the beach. Some changes in the drain pipes mid-mile:in set #3b (I have numbered the sets from north to south as 1 - 5)four bare pipes exposed, all bent downward to the ground; in set 4, one of the concrete casings has fallen out of the bluff.
