There was quite a lot of litter onl the beach this weekend. Filled a garbage bag, and could have filled another, if I had an extra with me.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Marine debris, Plastic debri (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Styrofoam.

There's a new deceased sea lion, about 1/4 of mile south from the 68th St access point, not too far from another now-decayed one that washed up about three weeks ago.

Four large debris items washed up: pallet at south end of beach, and a long wood slab, approx 6 foot long black plastic piece, and waterlogged foam around halfway of mile 220.

A sad day for Mile 220, although the weather was amazing it was super hard and sad to see the tar globs in the mid-section of my mile.
