Report Details

A really nice walk on Schooner South today. It was nice to see nature's cleaner-uppers (Turkey Vultures) doing good work on the dead pinniped. The amount of jellies in the wrackline was impressive. No deceased birds noted. I saw no black oystercatchers, just lots of gulls. Sea stars were plentiful but a couple looked like they were having troubles, one falling off the rock and one with a possible lesion (see photos).

A sad day for Mile 220, although the weather was amazing it was super hard and sad to see the tar globs in the mid-section of my mile.
