Very mild day. Observed many gulls and only 1 peep flying over. Lots of red and clear jellyfish.

Concerns
Apparent violations: I don't think a violation but multiple ATV tracks near nye beach access and further south. Yesterday I observed 20+ snowy plovers on mile 215 thus the concern..
