It was a calm morning with almost no one else on the beach.

It was a calm morning with almost no one else on the beach. There were some sea birds (gulls, brown pelicans) flying over the water. The most notable objects in the wrack line were washed up sea jellies.

Temperature: 57 F. Cloud Cover: Foggy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 4.5 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 1. Sitting: 1. Other Activities: The person was walking by the cliffs, taking photos of the flowers growing there.. A calm quiet day with only the one person quietly taking photos.
Notable Wildlife
I saw several groups of Brown Pelicans flying low over the water, heading north. Also a few Western gulls on the beach. Very little else.
Driftline Content
I saw quite a few moon jellies washed up at the wrack line. And a few west coast sea nettles.

We have noticed that during the winter storms the sand on the beach moves (presumably offshore) and then is redeposited during spring.
