It was a quiet morning on the beach. Weather was sunny and calm. Very few birds, no mammals. Near the end of Mile 210 a few people walked out onto the beach walking dogs.

We have noticed that during the winter storms the sand on the beach moves (presumably offshore) and then is redeposited during spring.
