12 people,4 dogs on beach. 1 carcass northern fulmar. Large amount razor clam shell parts and small pebbles. Reported ( Beachside park ranger) large propane(?)tank and 1 small tire with rim, covered with green algae in upper tide line. Removed about 10 lbs small rope,plastic bottles and bottle caps, other plastic pieces from this mile.
