Warm, 62' sunny afternoon, Beachside campground closed, no one on beach, few unidentified gulls at a distance. Again this month, thread-like light-straw colored 3" strands clumped all along beach mile at high tide line. 15 lbs. plastic bottle caps, plastic pieces, 2 plastic bottles, and short pieces of rope removed from beach. Present in driftline, many broken razor clam shells and sand dollars.

Human Activities

Beachside Campground closed, no host trailer present.

Notable Wildlife

Few unidentified gulls at a distance. Again this month, unidentified threadlike creamy strands clumped all along beach mile. Seaweed?

Many broken razor clam shells, and broken sand dollars.

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.).
