Beautiful calm afternoon, large amounts of driftwood at high tide line- many larger logs including fir, maple and alder.

Beautiful calm afternoon, large amounts of driftwood at high tide line- many larger logs including fir, maple and alder. Near S. end of 198 were moderate amounts of logs that had been chainsawed up into rounds, and piled- ? for removal. No tire tracks present, but beach houses nearby.10 lbs of small plastic pieces, bottles, other debris removed.60+ Sanderlings actively feeding at tideline.

Number of people: 4. Walking or running: 4. Huge amounts of driftwood at high tide line at south end of Mile 198, with moderate amounts chainsawed up and piled for removal. No tire tracks evident.
