Calm sunny morning with 12 people and 4 dogs walking/running on the beach. Large rolls of bull kelp intermittently found along mile. 1-3ft. square of styrofoam (float) wrapped in netting and plastic removed from beach and left at Beachside State Park refuse site,(ranger notified). Pebbles, 1-2" abundant along tide line.
