Most important observation was locating 2 individuals and a dog climbing down near the shoreline with high tide progressing. High tide was at 5 ft and increasing during observation.

Temperature: 56 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Tide Level: 5 feet.

Number of people: 11. Number of dogs: 4. Walking or running: 2. Sitting: 9. Other Activities: 2 people and a dog where down in hazardous area (high tide / windy / possibility for sneaker wave). Seems to be collecting shellfish, seashells, agates, unable to verify.. Most people walking 804 trail, taking dogs for walk (leashed), 2 individuals down in tide pool and bluff area with dog during high tide.
