A whole bunch of sea gooseberries were found around the main access to Nepture on that week. A lot more than I've usually seen. I have reports from Seaside Aquarium that staff spotted them around Tillamook Bay area the week before. And then I spotted more in Lincoln City and around Cape Kiwanda on July 9 - though not nearly as heavy a concentration at Neptune on this day.
