Minus tide with the moon setting - gorgeous morning, surprised not to see anyone else around.

Minus tide with the moon setting - gorgeous morning, surprised not to see anyone else around. Lots of sand around my favorite north rock, about 5 ft. in places. Usual tidepool suspects with lots of tiny sea stars, two lined chitons, and three sunflower stars. Three herons bid me farewell.

Temperature: 57 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: N. Tide Level: -0.5 feet.

Number of people: 1.
Other Activities: more and more trails are being pounded into the access point. And the erosion is getting quite deep. Erosion on the south access has always been considerable, but this is quite recent on the north side. The sandstone bluff is getting unsightly with carving. Is this a legal activity?.
Concerns
Apparent violations: erosion of north trails. bluff carving graffiti.

A very low tide is the best time to visit Strawberry Hill because that is when many hundreds of sea stars and green anemones are visible.
