Heavy collection of sea foam on beach.
Report Details
Heavy collection of sea foam on beach. Overall, very clean beach with little observed man-made debris. Lots of seagulls in the area. One large 4'x3' buoy (with the number 4 on it) washed ashore just north of the Siuslaw River North Jetty.
