Wet damp sand on beach (that is 400 ft. from 100 ft. bluff) Waves (1 feet high on flat sandy bottom) rolled in with about 12 waves at any one time. Drift line 4 inches wide, had green algae and foam. No plant life growing, no seaweed on sand also no kelp.

Number of people: 24. Walking or running: 20. Playing in sand: 4. Bicycle tracks, one kite flyng, walking dogs on leash.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Small rocks. 4 inch wide sand dollars, mussel shells, all were broken.
Actions & Comments
Driftwood shores guests were in the parking lot feeding 7 seagulls and a few ravens. No shore birds were observed on the shore.

Huge stranding of brownish-red "Pacific Sea Nettle" (Chrysaora fuscescens) and Moon (Aurelia labiata) jellies all along Mile 171 and Mile 172 today.
