An easy day for a walk on the beach, sunny and little wind. For a winter day, very little change in the dune face and few birds.

Notable Wildlife

Piles of bull kelp several areas. 2 groups of Sanderlings - one a little over 100, one over 60. A few sea gulls immature and mature. Two brown jelly fish, 2 crab molts, very few shells.

A beautiful sunny, windy day for a walk on the beach. Disturbing to see that an ATV had driven from past the north of our mile down to the bottom 1/4 of our mile in the Plover Nesting Protection zone.
