Report Details

In general a quiet day. There were small "installations" of beach found objects dispersed through the foredune generally in the erosion area.  For example an orange cross, empty bottles hanging from a stick, etc.

Temperature: 50 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 4.0 feet.

Human Activities

Number of people: 9. Walking or running: 9. The only thing i noticed that was different were small "installations" of beach found objects (I assume?) dispersed through the foredune generally in the erosion area. For example an orange cross, empty bottles hanging from a stick, etc.

Apparent violations: There is always litter. Even if not big chunks there are micro plastics..

Cars/trucks parking: 3.

Small rocks, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces, Styrofoam.

Natural Changes

Erosion of vegetated foredune. usual result of winter erosion of bluff/ foredune
