Gorgeous Monday afternoon with considerable number of people on the mile. A bit more debris compared to last report but for early summer not bad at all. Est 3 - 5 feet of sand already in since winter. Need to keep eye on several large new homes being built on bluff - no impact on the mile noted so far.
