Number of people: 6. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 4. Playing in sand: 2. Other Activities: meditating. behaving almost as well as the animals....

Notable Wildlife

4 black oyster catchers, 2 curlew (Mexican name is "sarapico", I don't know the proper name, but they're good to eat)

Driftline Content

Seaweeds and seagrass, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Shells, Small rocks, Wood pieces.

Actions & Comments

There is more sand on the beach than I've seen in at least 10 yrs. Especially on the South side of Otter Point. A lot of the rocks that have been exposed in that area are completely covered.
