The sea lion appears to be the same one that I reported on 10/24. It's in the same location and is now dead.

Temperature: 65 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 3.0 feet.

Human Activities

I spent almost an hour on the beach, covered almost 3 miles and saw no one.
