The seal/sea lion (?) is badly decomposed. It's about 3ft long. (The walking stick in the photos is approx. 3ft long.)I poked around the head but could not determine if it had ears. It's about 1/4 mile S. of Otter Point, near an isolated rock that is near the high tide line.
